Nikki Hargrove
Lead Teacher DVC
With over 25 years of experience in the design and advertising industry and an extensive background in creating brochures, animations, social media, advertisements, catalogs, and multifaceted campaigns.
She has a bachelor's degree from Umass, Masters of Education, certifications from the American Institute of Graphic Arts including UX Design, Indesign, and Photoshop, and certificates in advanced creative Concepts from the ACA – The Ad Club. As an educator, she has 5 years of experience at Keefe Technical School and volunteered at Sutton Public Schools, Worcester Public Schools, Assabet Tech, Shawsheen Tech, and South Shore Tech as a professional industry consultant.
Her industry experience comes from companies large and small such as; State Street Research, Bose, IRobot, Staples, and Amica Insurance. With an entrepreneurial spirit, she started her freelance company working with businesses such as; Ernst & Young, LPL, Harcourt Brace, Regent University, Sage, and American Express.
Molly Dee
Vocational Instructor, DVC
As a graduate of the Design and Visual Communications program at Keefe Tech, Ms. Dee has strong ties to the community and insight into the students she teaches.
She graduated Cum Laude from Boston University, with a Graphic Design and Sculpture major. Her sculptures have earned her art shows at local museums.
She has industry experience creating and designing a variety of print, digital, and web-based media from logos to posters, websites, and more for clients ranging from community events to daycares. As well as, managing social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, and Instagram for multiple small business owners. Additionally, she worked as a Marketing and Design Manager overseeing digital and print collateral for Boston-based art organizations.
As a Brand Coordinator, she built brand recognition for Boston Partners in Education within the community, targeting our school partners and volunteers
